Sun to part shade; This is a high elevation plant usually occurring around 3-4k feet. However it is quite adaptable to lower altitude gardens when given good soil and a little light shade. Resembling something of both Heuchera villosa or Heuchera americana this plant is somewhat smaller with short flower clusters of showy white individual florets. The foliage has a nice purple-red color in the winter. Grows 8-14" tall; Blooms July-August; Zone 5-7; WV ecotype
