Full sun to part shade; Moist to dry soil; Blue-eyed grass is a charming little wildflower equally at home in a lawn, meadow or rock-garden. Its not a grass but rather a relative of the Iris. Little blue flowers appear in late spring through summer on grassy little tufts that are between 6 and 10" tall. Zone 4-10; VA ecotype.
